Russia to create reconnaissance drone

The Military-Industrial Commission of the Russian Federation will develop an artillery reconnaissance drone.

The drone has a helicopter platform. It will ensure the necessary aircraft maneuverability. The drone will be aimed at searching rival’s ground targets: armoured fighting vehicles, rocket launchers, aerodromes and ammunition storages.

It is anticipated that the drone would follow 50 targets simultaneously passing the information to control posts. By the way, weather conditions and time of day don’t matter.

Previously, the Russian Federation has already used reconnaissance drones. They were based on Camcopter S-100 and InSKY models.
