Alarm.com, an expert in the development of security systems has revealed its plans on using drones in its home security systems. UAVs with cameras will enhance the abilities of smart homes and commercial facility security systems.
Drones will be equipped with Insights Engine intelligence system, which is able to detect disturbances within the secured area. Drones will automatically move within the territory, transmitting high-resolution video to the owner. For data processing and disturbance determining, the system will apply machine learning algorithms.
In order to implement the project, Alarm.com is developing its own quadcopters and software. The company is going to present its ready-made product till the end of 2017.
